Bison Dump dismantles and removes select sheds and small outbuildings in Salem. We review the structure and site first, then handle the agreed tear-down, loading, hauling, and cleanup.
Sheds and Materials We Can Review
- Wood and metal storage sheds
- Garden sheds and small backyard outbuildings
- Lean-tos and prefabricated structures
- Doors, shelving, and approved contents
- Roofing, siding, framing, and floor debris
Foundations, live utilities, hazardous materials, unstable structures, and difficult access may require added preparation or a different contractor.
A Clear Scope Before Anything Comes Down
Shed removal is more than knocking over four walls. Roofing, fasteners, framing, contents, and the floor all need a plan.
Send photos of every side, the interior, the roof, the base, and the access path. Tell us about electricity, plumbing, fuel, chemicals, paint, suspected asbestos, or a concrete foundation. Utilities must be safely disconnected before demolition.
What to Expect on Removal Day
Walk-through
We confirm the structure, contents, items that stay, and safe access.
Tear-down and loading
The crew dismantles the approved structure in manageable sections and loads debris as work progresses.
Haul-away and cleanup
We transport the material to appropriate facilities and sweep or rake the immediate work area.
For concrete foundations, see concrete removal. For other renovation debris, visit construction debris removal.
Shed Removal FAQ
Do I need to empty the shed first?
Remove anything you want to keep. Approved remaining contents may be included if they are shown during the estimate.
Can you remove a concrete foundation?
Possibly, but it is a separate heavy-material scope. Show the entire base so we can evaluate it.
What about electrical wiring?
Live utilities must be safely disconnected by a qualified person before demolition begins.
Can you remove an unsafe or collapsing shed?
It requires an on-site safety review. We will only proceed when the structure and access can be handled safely within our scope.
Reclaim the Yard
Send clear photos of the shed, contents, base, and access. We’ll build a quote around the actual structure.
